Hayley - Five Stars - My husband persuaded me to try Compound when it first opened and after my first session I was hooked! It was daunting for the first few weeks but everyone from the coaches to the members were so encouraging and supportive and I kept going back for more. Fast forward a year and I'm loving it more than ever. I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and love that you never quite know what's going to happen in the hour you're there. My strength has improved so much and overall I'm so much fitter than i have ever been! All 3 coaches bring something different but are all equally amazing. They know all members capabilities and push you when they know you can do it! Compound continues to evolve creating new classes and timetables to suit everyone! I think i’ll be a member forever.
Katie - five Stars - Why have I only just found this place! Encouraged by my neighbour to give it a go - never looked back. Jules, Sam & Max are great, real experts. Can feel strange going somewhere new, smaller place, but they made me feel really welcome, they took and still take the time to show me things. Always striving to help people improve even the really experienced members. On another plus side, the other members are really nice - everyone encourages one another and it makes you want to do better. If you're in doubt, just do it! I debated for ages!
David - Five Stars - Took me a while to find a gym like this, but it was well worth the wait. I love the fact the classes are so well planned and each one is always very different. Currently, I only have time to do 2 classes per week, but by the end of each week I feel I have exercised the whole body. The 3 coaches are excellent, and because the class numbers are small, you get a lot of personal instruction to improve your technique and performance. Since joining 3 months ago, I have lost weight and improved overall body tone and strength. Most important, I feel a lot better in myself and look forward to training each week. My favourite part is the social side! It is like one great big family, and everyone is so friendly and supportive. I am hoping to find more spare time in 2018, so I can step up and do some additional classes each week. This is definitely Nottingham’s best kept secret!
